Longa Carni was born in 1971, in Livigno, by Longa family’s brothers. Graziano, the founder, works hard, supported by Tranquillo, Arno and Ivana to give life to an activity that, after 50 years, still carries on its name as a synonym of quality.
Today, in addition to Tranquillo, who still makes his contribution in the shop, it’s his descendants who work in the family business. They put into practice what they have learned over the years and try to achieve a good balance between the tradition of the products, which have never changed their extraordinary authenticity, and today's modernity.
Maura with her sparkling and expansive character brings joy and good humor to the shop. Responsible for the shop management, she loves the contact with the public. In one word: solar.
Enrico has a quiet and reserved nature and is a hard worker. In the company, his task is to manage the fresh warehouse and orders. Thanks to him, the situation is always under control. In a word: careful.
Mattia is very curious, he does many things and has a good memory. In the family business he deals with the production of bresaola, as well as managing the administrative part. In one word: precise.
